Caleb Haddington:
Prince of Carpathia.
Some of you got to know Caleb a bit during the first two books in A Light for Christ trilogy.
But Caleb is most known for his starring role alongside Amira in A Marvelous Redeemer.
I'm here today with Caleb for a special interview! Caleb is busy, being a prince and all is hard work. ;)
But he's stepped out of his royal duties for a bit to answer a few questions for us!
(Stick with us until the end, and you'll even get a chance to ask him a few questions of your own!!!!)

A little about Caleb:
Age: 15
Hair color: blond
Occupation: Prince of Carpathia
Siblings: 3
Religion: Christian
Aleigha: Caleb, what's it like being a prince? You haven't always been in such a rich establishment, what has this sudden wealth taught you?
Caleb: Such wonderful questions. You're right in saying that I haven't always been a prince. I use to live in France, in a humble cottage on the outskirts of a bustling town. Our family knew much about poverty. But we were content and happy. When my older sister Anna married King William, we went to live with him at Pearlington Palace. I think one of the biggest lessons I've learned throughout these last few years, is to always be thankful, no matter the circumstance. And be quick to lend a helping hand to others. Some people think that because I'm a prince, I am waited on hand a foot. And though that's true to some extent, I always like to remember that helping others is a big part of life. And might I remind you, the greatest King Himself even washed His disciples feet.
Aleigha: Awwww, I love that reminder! And what amazing lessons to learn. I have a less sobering question to ask you next. ;)
What are some of your favorite foods and desserts?
Caleb: Well, I never say no to sweet treats. My favorite is hard to choose, but I do rather love a good bowl of ice cream. As for food, our chef makes a delightful Peacock pie.
Aleigha: Yum! I have to agree, you can't go wrong with ice cream! Now, I know you're super busy, but I have some eager fans waiting to ask you a few questions. Would you mind sticking around for a little bit longer and answering a few of them?
Caleb: It would be my pleasure!

While we wait for Caleb's questions to roll in, here are some exciting additions to his story that you can check out!!
Caleb's Song
If you read A Marvelous Redeemer, you're familiar with Caleb's beautiful way with words. He wrote a poem throughout his journey that captured the hearts of thousands in the kingdom.
Caleb's Song was WAY too special to just leave without a tune. So, the wonderful Livy Lynn graciously offered to put music to it! Her beautiful voice adds so much to this special song.
I'm SO EXCITED to finally share it with you!

Caleb's Song:
“A speck on the horizon, nothing big, nothing tall.
Just an ant on this earth,
trying to break down this wall.
A trembling wind, a small ship on the sea,
Understanding this world is not all about me.
Trying to fix all my problems, trying to right all my wrongs.
I just need someone stronger to carry me along.
I can build up walls, and hide within,
but the pain is still there, with no way to win.
I need love,
I need a Savior,
I need the Prince who was born in a manger.
I need strength, in all my weakness.
I need a light to chase all my darkness.
I need Jesus, I need Jesus.
My well is so empty, my spirit is dry.
No relief from this pain, though I try and I try.
I can’t do this anymore, my life is a mess,
I just want to win this battle, nothing more, nothing less.
This world offers answers that only appease for a day.
But I’ve finally found my life source, the only One, the only Way.
My burden’s now been lifted, I’ve found a life boat on the sea.
My walls are broken down, I’ve found victory!
In His love, in my Savior, in my Prince
who was born in a manger.
He is strength, in all my weakness.
He is the light to chase all my darkness.
I’ve found Jesus, I’ve found Jesus.”
